  • Draw target landing lines, on the mats, at the end of the bench.
  • Gymnast wheels along the bench, transfering weight through hands.
  • Exit with feet landing on second target line drawn at 160 deg to the bench.

  • Arms and legs extended.
  • Aim at four points of contact.
  • Hand to hand to foot to foot.
