Description

  • Start in 'Y' shape and take lunge step forwards.
  • Transfer of weight from foot, hand, hand to foot.
  • Hips to pass over head.
  • Exit to stand.

    Coaching points

  • Take large first step and reach side ways with extended arms.
  • Keep hand and foot placement to maximum distance.
  • Hips to pass over head.
  • Form 'X' shape.
  • Exit facing the same direction as at start.
