5 verdedigers zijn tikkers binnen het gebied circel stippellijn 10 aanvallers hebben een pion of hesje in hun hand proberen in de cirkel hun voorwerp neer te leggen zonder getikt te worden na 2 min wissel of als voorwerpen op zijn. trainer telt de gescoorde voorwerpen 5 nieuwe verdedigers , oude halen de voorwerpen op daarna naar oefening rechts
