
Set up as pictured , yellow player dribbles ball up to the middle then using only the right foot move the ball in and out of the cones then knock the ball past the 4th cone run round to retrieve ( simulating the beating of a defender) then strike the ball into the net with right foot . RED set up players do the same but use left foot only , players should rotate in itervals decided by coach.
