In this 3rd day of training we are going to start warmin-up with the ball. We have to creat 3 different typs of drills A, B and C. We start on A and finish on C. A) We place our players on infront of the other ar 8m (can be modified). Players must play ground pass on to the teammate infront of them. The player who is reciving the ball must play it back at firs touch without controling. players keep passing the balla and move to the side where they send the ball. Ball must keep moving at high speed posible, all pass must be accurate to the feet and ground. B) On B we are going to give it sens. We are doing give and go. Player must give the pass the ball and open to his right. The player who is reciving the ball must understand and send the pass to the teammate at first touch. Then he must move to his right and do the same. Remember the universal language of give and go. C) here we are adding tactical sens to our game with the third man and long forward pass. All this drills must be used as a warming-up part of pre-main part. But they must be done with high intensity. This is our base for the next part of the session. Set the standards well.
Have a close look at pass precistion and techniq, mody shape of our players the intensityh.

Possession without purpose is pointless. These drills combine ball retention with physical conditioning to create teams that dominate and outlast opponents.
Teams have just 6 seconds to exploit a turnover before defences reorganise. Learn how to train your players to attack with speed and purpose.
The U10 age group is the golden window for developing ball mastery. Miss it, and you're playing catch-up forever. Here's how to get it right.
