Set Up: 8 fields, one for each team. 2 areas for each game. Each team will rotate through four games every 12 minutes. Activity: One Pin Bowling: Each player has a ball and a cone they are aiming for. Going down the line, each player will pass the ball towards the cone and try to hit it. Focus on using the inside of the foot for accuracy. Red Light Green Light: Each player has a ball and dribbles towards the coach, who has their back turned. When the coach says "Red Light" the players have to stop the ball with their foot on top of it. Any player still moving has to go back to the start. Scrimmage: 3v3 or 4v4. Free play that incorporates the rules of a normal game. Gate Passing: Players have a partner and attempt to pass through as many gates as they can without going to the same one twice in a row. Next, players pass twice through the same gate before moving on to the next one. After that, the coach will move from gate to gate blocking the opening. Players at that gate will then have to move and find another one.
