Soccer: 3 Ball

Description

Two teams of 4 are divided into a 4x4 grid in an area about 15x20. Play possession passing in and out of their square to connect passes with their teammates.

Players cannot leave their square. If the ball leaves the field, player should retrieve it and take a free dribble into his square.

Coaching points

1. Possession tactics-shielding, dribbling away from defender
2. Moving to support when not on the ball
3. Aware of your surroundings.
4. Speed of play.
