
Players will dribble the ball in and out of the cones, when they reach the end they will then pass the ball back to the starting position for the next player. they will then run to the next cone where a ball will be played to them and they will then have to shoot. The shooter will then become the ball player and the ball player will then go line up in the shooting line. Progression- add a passive defender Have one player that will play the ball into the box, and turn it into a competition, so once they have dribbled the ball through the cones and passed the ball back to their players. Then a ball will be played into the box and they will have to try and to score to get points regression- no goalkeeper
