A. Around Cones 1. Player starts at cones and goes through with various activites: a) jump over; b) step over; c) run backwards 2. Run to ball pile, take ball (either pick up or use feet) 3. Carry, dribble the ball towards the net and try to score. Note: Helper in nets and helper controlling the ball pile. B. Ball n' Roll 1. Start to run with ball (either carry or dribble) 2. When arrive to cones, drop and roll through, person scoring while keeping ball close 3. Gather and control ball, run towards net and score Note: Helper in nets and one watching the roll.
