DESCRIPTION

20 meter shuttle fitness drill with cricket balls

COACHING POINTS

Place cricket balls on each cone. Player runs to each cone and back retrieving each ball and pacing it at the start point. The next player in line runs to each cone and back replacing the cricket balls on the cones. Other variations could include the T-Drill
