Fielder rolls out for next-in-line fielder. The pick-up is thrown in to the keeper and the player who received the ballruns around into the back-up position. The keeper rolls the ball to the next player on the cone. If the keeper misses the ball, the back-up fielders roll it to the next player on the cone. Once a player has completed his task at his cone, he runs onto the next station (e.g. backing-up station). Repeat the cycle.
Need 3 cones, a ball (maybe a spare ball or 2), 1 stump and keeper gloves. A self-sufficient drill, where the coach just monitors. Good for teaching ball-pickup on the move.
