
Firstly split the students into pairs. 2 cones are placed 10m apart from each other. First student must start behind one cone and when told to go must sprint to the second cone and pick up the first of 3 balls or bags which will be placed just behind it and sprint back to the first cone placing the ball or bag down behind the cone. Repeat until they come back with the last ball/bag and time how quickly it takes them to complete this. Once finished, do the same test with partner. Pair should run the test twice each. Best time from the two attempts should be used to the collate results and compare.
