Set up the cones as shown (distances will depend on ability). Players line up at the bottom right hand cone with two players having been sent to the other cones. The player at the front of the line (Player 1) starts with the ball. Player 1 thows the ball over arm to player two. Player 2 then rolls the ball about 2-3m in front of Player 3 who will attack the ball then throw to the player who is next in line. Once a player has thrown/rolled a ball they run to the next coneto complete the circut.
This drill is great for younger teams and can easily be made competetive by replicating this set up and having two teams race eachother.
