DESCRIPTION

For this activity the layout should look like the one demonstrated on the right. Ask the group to get into pairs then a person from each pair should stand on seperate sides. Standing in single file behind the cones. On the whistle the person and the front of the queue can go. First they must start with a jog all way to the end. Then.. sprint, jog, sprint, jog sprint, sprint, jog, sprint jog, jog, jog, sprint then sprint all the way to the end cone.
