DESCRIPTION

Groups of players start at each of the 5 stations. After they have completed the skill on each station, they jog to the next and continue around the circuit. This can be done for various time slots, then rest, then go again. Ball hit out, ground field and throw overarm at PUGG Ball fed out by coach - rolled - and players field it and underarm at the stump Ball hit out by coach along the ground, field it and throw back over the stump to the coach Flat catch hit out to the player who catches it and returns it to coach player shuffles from back to front cone, then side shuffle in athletic position, ball rolled along ground by coach, then field between feet and underarm back to coach
