hand hockey game, 4 equal teams, 2 pitches. the aim is to pass between your team and try and hit the stump at the other side of the pitch without going in the coned area. keep the ball off the other team as they will try to do the same if they have the ball. use different types of balls/throws/hands. fast game to warm up, get everyone involved, communication the key.
