There is a pitch set up with cones and split into 3 sections but with the 2 end zones larger than the middle section
There are 3 equal teams of 4 players
The two end zone teams have to make 5 passes before passing it through to the other team at the other end
However 1 player from the middle zone goes and pressures the team in possession and if they win the ball before the switch then their team changes position with the outside team who loses possession.
In the first practice the pass is not allowed to be intercepted by any of the players in the middle zone
