Players will be split into 3 groups.
2 groups will be on either side of the area and the other will be a few yards behind the edge of the box.
The 2 groups the box will play a 1-2 and then pass the ball to the group on the outside of the box.
The player on the outside of the box will shoot first time no touch to set themselves.
The weight of pass for the teams laying them off is vital.
