DESCRIPTION

  • NetPass
  • 2GKs and 2 outfielders per team.
  • One ball per team.
  • GKs stay in goal area (triangle).
  • Each team passes the ball from one GK to the opposite GK by hand (netball-style).
  • Encourage imaginative movements (overlaps) and passes, whilst avoiding the other team.
  • Switch GKs and Outfielders so all get to pass.
  • Make a race - who can get from one corner and back first.
  • Progression 1.  Switch from using hands to using only feet.
  • Progression 2.  Take away one ball - game is now competitive.
  • Progression 3.  Only one GK per team.
