• Repeat sprint ability - mix of anaerobic capacity/power category and straight neuromuscular ability (only PCr) •Work – 10s or less •Rest – 60s or less •Can be done in shuttles or with/without change of direction •20m out and 20 m back, around 5-6s at beginning. 30s rest in-between. •2 lines of players opposite each other, running out towards each other and back to starting line.
