Use a 3rd of a 9 or 7 aside pitch. Have 3 defender who start on the edge of the area. and a goal keeper. Then set out 4 cones equally across the pitch 30m from the goal where the attackers start from. The attackers have to try to score past the defenders. If the defender swin the ball they should try to pass the ball through the black cones as a out ball to score a point.

1 player presses their man then retreats as the ball is passed on.
