DESCRIPTION

  • First, have the team spilt into 2 and one team wears bibs
  • One team starts as the attackers and the other as defenders
  • The team with the ball has to make 5 passes (based on the number you choose) before they can score
  • If the other team losses possession then the pass number goes back to 0 and have to start again
  • Repeat this drill until each team has had a least 10 or more chances with the ball

COACHING POINTS

  • If you don't have the numbers for 2 teams then have the attackers of the team play the Forwards and the Defenders play the Defense
  • You can change the drill however you like but make sure its challenging for them and this helps with keeping possession and taking there time with their chances
  • Swap around the teams after at least 5 chances at Goal 
  • You can have it that they need to score at least 5 or less to win to have their opponents with a player down and the team that lossed the player need to make 10 passes or something like that to get him back
