4 teams of 3. One ball for each team. Teams 1 and 2 will be shooting into one 7 aside goal at the right-hand side of the area while teams 3 and 4 will be shooting into a different goal at the left hand side of the area. First person in teams 1 & 3 will take a touch out of the feet then shoot into the empty goal and after they have completed their shot they will retrieve the ball for their teammate. Teams 2 &4 will repeat this process.
