1.Blocking in pairs

  • Ball half and half distance
  • Attacker sets off first GK to block

2. Through cones

  • Split each group on orange cones goalkeepers and attackers
  • Attacker makes a definitive touch in line with a set of cones.
  • GK has to defend that mini gate with a block
  • GK joins back of attacker line
  • Attacker joins end of GK line
