Create a grid approximately 20x20m. Split the grid in four boxes, each 5 m long. Place 3 white players in the 1st and 3rd box and 3 players in the 2nd and 4th box.
PROGRESSION
White players in box 1 aim to move the ball to box three. To achieve so players in box 3 need to move to create space from their opponents. On the same time players in box 1 need to find the right time to provide the vertical pass to their teammates.
Red players need to defend to retrieve the ball. If a ball is retrieved in box 2 players need to find the right time to pass the ball to their teammates in box 4.
