GK's will be in groups of 4.
There will be 2 GK's at one end the other 2 GK's at the opposite end.
Firstly, the GK with the ball will throw an under-arm throw to the GK opposite them, once the ball has been throw the GK will then follow the pass they made and join the back of the opposite queue.
This practice must be done at quick speed. Any drops will result GK's doing press-ups (1 drop = 3 press ups each).
