DESCRIPTION

  • Three team transition possession. 
  • Team in possession must complete three passes before they transfer the ball.
  • The ball can be passed through or over the central area.
  • Only two players from the the central area can press the ball and the passing lines. 
  • Team that concedes possesion, transtions to central area.
  • PROGRESSION:
  • Two players can enter the central area to receive in the tight/between lines.
  • Once the pass target has been achived, the ball can be dribbled through each flank.
  • One player can enter the flank to defend 1 v 1.
  • Fiver transfers wins!

COACHING POINTS

  1. Support the man on the ball.
  2. Detail of the pass.
  3. Position in the tight/between lines.
  4. When to dribble, when to pass.
  5. What if?
