Players are split into two teams and line-up on either sides of the playing area. A opposed to the normal numbers game, Coach will call out, for example, "red 1 and 2, blue 4" indicating an overload in favour of the red team. Players will play until they score a goal.
- Emphasis on the team with the overload advantage.... how quickly can you exploit the attack down the field? Encourage quick play and quick goals, less than 15 seconds to score.
