DESCRIPTION

  1. The goal of the ofensive players is to make everyone have a touch on the ball.
  2. Defensive players will hunt the ball not letting the attackers accomplish their task.
  3. When the defender wins the ball they have to turn into attack then try to score a goal.
  4. Offensive players when they lose the ball they are going to defend the goal or chase the ball back.
  5. After some rounds change deffenders or add defenders.

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on the transition from defending to attacking and attacking to defending.
  • Apply Wall pass, Tunnel pass, Overlapping to create attacks and keeping the ball.
