Simple but effective pass and move drill.
Ball starts in one of the 1/4's of the grid and can move in any direction within the complete square/rectangle. Players use 2 or 1 touch passing with off the ball movement so that whichever quadrant the ball is in there must also be 2 players.
Consider adding a whole group push-ups or sit-ups if the ball is in an area with only 1 player for more than a couple seconds. Emphasise player movement after passes are made.
