ALL players start off holding ball:
Left - Start at blue cones, run in and out of yellow cones, round orange cone and back.
Top - Quick feet through ladder, round orange cone and back. Add sprinting to outside cone after.
Right: Start through gate over hurdles andback around orange cone.
Bottom - Run in and out of the yellow cones, round orange cone and back.
Change it up regularly, doing it backwards, sideways, mixtures.
