Shooting Circuit

Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

Players go in turn

Fast feet through ladders
Collect ball and dribble through orange cones
Drive towards green cone and get a shot away
As soon as player gets strike away at goal then coach serves a ball towards edge of 6 yeard box
Player must follow up shot and finish the ball that the coach serves
After getting shot away then player goes in goal and player who started in goal joins the back of the queue (unless you have a goalkeeper who will stay in goal)

Repeat exercise on right and left of goal.

Progression

Player must score one of two chances to stay in the game
If player missed both chances then they are out
Last player standing wins

COACHING POINTS

Fast feet through ladders
Small touches on the ball through orange cones
Bigger touches when driving towards the green cone
Get strike away as early as possible
Follow up every shot in case of rebounds
