The player outside the triangle passes to the player inside the triangle.
After the outside player has passed the ball he then moves left or right between the next two cones ready to receive a pass from the player inside the triangle.
The inside player can only pass in the direction that the ouside player has moved to. Once the outside player has received the ball he playes a 1-2 and gives it straight back to the inside player and moves to his next position ready for his next passs.
