Set up in both sides of a full pitch with 11 players in each side
Play with a GK and a back 4
Then 6 attackers made up of 1 striker, 2 wide players and 3 centre midfielders.
The 3 midfielders start inside a 15x15 box in the middle of the half a pitch.
The coach plays the ball in to the players in the box. The 3 players must combine using 2-3 passes, then break out of the box and attack the goal as a unit.
To start with the box will be unopposed to ensure the combinations take place. Also, the pass to break out must go wide
After a few times of going wide, the ball out of the box must now find the strikers feet.
After a few times of this, the players must dribble it out of the box
Finally allow the players in the box to break out however they like, they can make the decision. however, on this progression, allow a defender to come into the box to force them into decisions.
