DESCRIPTION

this final drill is used to cool down the muscles after use. this will then reduce the aching and risk of injury after the session. The idea of this is a gentle jog from the first cone to the second, then between the second cone and third cone you should do dynamic stretches and then finally a gentle jog to finish it off.
