Set-up
Pitch: 20x20yd with small goal
Defense: 1 x GK + 3 x Defenders
Attack: 6 x Attackers

Att get 1-point for scoring
Def get 2-points for clearing ball.
No limit on touches.
First to 10 points.

COACHING POINTS

Defense needs to stay tight to keep out attackers.
Communication is key.
Attackers need to keep the ball moving to create space in behind defenders.

Progression

Add goals for defenders to break away and score in for 5 points.
Make the pitch smaller.
