DESCRIPTION

Players to line up round the outside of a coned areaand await coaches signal.

All players to perform eight (depending on how many cones you allocate) shuttles in quick succession followed by a 30 second rest.

Any number of repetitions can be used for this drill or timed.

COACHING POINTS

- Speed and Agility through quickness of turns.

- Aerobic Endurance as increase number of cones or time allocated.
