In a 12 x 20 yard area, create two 6x6 boxes in both long-ends with a player in each box. The two players in one side start off with the ball.
1) The players with the ball pass to the players on the opposite end.
2) The same players quickly switch squares.
3) The receiving players pass back directly across and then they switch.
* Pass must be brisk and accurate.
* Transition must be at full speed.
* Pass-back must be fast and accurate with no more than 2 touches on the ball.
