Start 3v1 in the middle box and after a set number of passes get the ball into one of the wide players. They then run down the wing and cross the ball into the box. The 2 strikers, both wide players and 1x CM attack the goal against 1x defender and the GK to start with.
Prog 1 - add in the LB/RB, they can only defend within the boxed area. Everything else remains the same.
Prog 2 - LB/RB can defend all the way down their wings.
Prog 3 - add in an extra defender with the 2x ST
Get ball wide early
Attack with pace down the wing.
Striker positioning in relation to which side the ball is on.
Wide player without ball to get into box or at least the edge of the box to support attack.
CM to make edge of box in case ball comes back out.
