6 Goal Game

DESCRIPTION

Instructions:

  1. Divide players into two teams.
  2. Each team will be set up in a 4-4 formation with a target player behind them.
  3. The object of the game is to dribble through one of the gates on the opposing side. They may use the target player as another passing option, but they do not have to.
  4. Both teams must practice compactness and pressure-cover-balance when defending and expansion when they attacking.
