Start 8 reds playing one/two/three touch football with passing inside the black box (30 x 40 yards). Yellows jog together round outside of box x 2 before entering box to play passes and reds start on jog.
Progress - Increase intensity on outside (3 jogs with one side sprint)
Progress to competition. All yellows leave at black arrow. After running one length, two yellows return to area to defend 8 v 2, after second length another two re-enter 8v4, another two at next black cone 8x6 and finally 8v8. How many consecutive passes can red make. Swap over. 2 x reps of each colour. 3 x sets - 2 mins recovery between sets.
