Drill begins with the middle stump in the base, the other 2 lying to the side. In pairs or small teams, one player bowls at the stumps and another acts as wicketkeeper. Once bowler hits the middle stump a 2nd stump is added then a third.
Once all three stumps are in place teams continue bowling and with a contact a stump is removed.
Winning team is the team to remove all three stumps first.
Focusing on the bowling technique learnt from Rock n Bowl drill done beforehand.

Both arms following through past the oppsite ribs to the bowling arm.
