MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE SESSION

- measure his performance

10 MINUTES

- SHADOW BOWLING

- when he bowl i will put a band on his thigh to stop his foot cross the body,

10 MINUTES

- he need to bowl to the target by standing one position and come to the front foot and hold there 03 seconds

25 MINUTES

BOWLING SESSION

- this time he needs to bowl with run up and i need measure his current performance, he will bowl 05 overs

05 MINUTES

- WARM DOWN AND DEBRIEF
