The feeder roles the ball out and the first in the line attacks the ball, picks up and throws into the feeder/keeper. Aim for just above the stumps.
The thrower then swaps with the feeder who joins the back of the line.
Attack the ball low, dont wait it to come to you.
Pick up side on using two hands, then throw in one motion.
