Coach is to show children proper throwing technique. Each child is to pick up 1 ball and when the coach blows their whistle, children have to throw the ball and attempt to hit the coach. Children will continue to throw until no balls are left in the bucket. Coach will then ask children to pick up their buckets and collect 3-4 balls before returning ti their pizza. Exercise repeated 2 x
