the attacker will run and touch each cone and wait inbetween the two red cone where he/she will take a close catch.
After each successful catches, the attacher will take a step forward from where he took his previous catch. he will do that until he reaches the feeder/coach
once everyone get use to it
to make the drill hard, they will come to the red cone do a press up and the coach will give a catch on ether side of them, if they drop it they will sit out untill someone else makes a mistake.
