Trying to give my daughter extra defending lessons at home.

My daughter players for a local U10 girls team as a defender but requires some extra training at home. Any good tips for practising in the garden with me.

Hi Michael,

There are some great 1v1 drills on the `Defending` section in Drills. Make a game of it so that it is more fun that anything else whilst learning. We find that making it a bit competitive and a fun game will work really well because I`m sure she`d love the bragging rights after beating her dad in the garden!

Hope that helps!
