Where can I find good pre-match warm ups?
Before a match you will want your players to be fully physically and mentally prepared for the game. To do this I would recommend getting your players to start off with some running drills before moving on to some dynamic stretches (moving stretches) and then stationary stretches. Once they are physically warmed up you will then want to get some ball drills going, making sure your players' touches are good. To do this I would usually do some passing drills followed by a not too vigorous possession drill, getting your players in the match mindset - thinking about defending, keeping the ball and making sure their passes are accurate.
