If your team / players are struggling with technique than you need to go back 1 step and start of by teaching them the correct shooting technique first (ankles locked, shooting with instep bone, follow through, etc). This should be done without pressure first. 2 players shooting the ball in between 2 small cones 10-15m apart. Than you can watch and correct accordingly.
