cricket workout ( training ) for All rounder
Hi Prajwal, training an all rounder can be both difficult and easy at the same time. It can be difficult because there are so many parts of a players game that you need to work on but easy at the same time as there is always somewhere that a player can improve.
The first thing I'd recommend doing is working out a player's biggest strength, and their biggest weakness, so that you know which part of their game needs work, and which part is already strong.
From here, divide your time between working on all aspects, such as fielding, bowling, batting etc. and work more on the skills that need the more work.

T20 data shows that teams bowling 40 or more dot balls win more than 65 per cent of matches. Strike rotation is now the most undervalued skill in batting. This article breaks down why singles matter more than sixes, the soft-hands and crease-depth techniques behind elite rotators, and a coaching framework to train relentless ones and twos under pressure.

This article covers the fundamental batting positions that underpin consistent run-scoring, provides a progressive session framework from shadow batting to live bowling, and highlights the common pre-season mistakes that coaches should avoid.
